Deposit Policy

Deposit Policy:

1. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. No wiggle room on this one folks, so when you’re booking an appointment please make sure you are ready to commit to getting tattooed.
2. Everyone pays a $100 deposit to book; cash, Venmo (@nikkitattooer), or CashApp ($nikkitattooer) is accepted.
3. Deposits must be paid NO LESS THAN 48HRS  prior to your scheduled appointment.  If you book the day before of or day of your appointment this protocol would be adjusted accordingly.
4. If you are unable to follow through your appointment will be forfeit and you will need to start the booking process over.
5. if you do not respond to your confirmation email your appointment will also be forfeit; though I will hold your deposit to reschedule.
6. A no-call/no-show voids your deposit; meaning you will need to place another to reschedule. No exceptions.
7. Canceling/rescheduling within 2 days prior to your appointment date/time will void your deposit. I know this may sound rough, but I mostly work on an appointment basis; time is money. Surprises/emergencies happen to us all. I cannot afford to take the hit for the universe giving you a bad hand. It applies to everyone, and it applies always-just trying to keep things fair and clear.

• To elaborate: this means if you’re appointment is on Monday, you must reschedule/contact by Friday at midnight in order to maintain your deposit.

1. USE YOUR DEPOSIT! If the reason for a last minute cancellation is financial-use your deposit and get something small! *This only applies if you come in for your scheduled appointment time.* 
2. Deposits will be deducted from the cost of your tattoo upon completion. Your deposit can be used early, but you must pay another to continue scheduling to complete your piece.
3. Finally, not a rule-but just to make it clear. This is my career; it’s NOT my “side-gig”; I’m setting aside time just for you, and forgoing others’ requests for time. Please reciprocate the respect that I’m giving you and my other clients.
